-Type: C-rank, Supplementary, Short range (0-5m)
-Users: Zabuza Momochi, Kisame Hoshigaki
This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. Clones can be used in place of the actual person, provided that the clone is the one that performed the technique. This jutsu can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it. Neji Hyuga has been able to use his ability to release chakra from all of his pressure points to disrupt the flow of chakra inside the prison and break free. Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, and the target is unable to move while within it, the target is still able to speak.- Water Clone Technique

This jutsu creates one or more identical copies of the user out of water. They are also less powerful than the one who created them. Additionally, they can only be controlled within a certain distance of the- Mizu Bakufuu no Jutsu

In depth Description:
Miyu Takahashi is not too pretty, nor is she what some may classify as 'ugly'. Her skin is fare and unblemished, however, she tends to be rather dirty at times since she sometimes spends days at a time walking in forests and other such wild places. Her hair is a nice shade of brown that has quite a shine to it. Her hair is basically her pride, and the one thing she takes care of the most, however, she would never let it get in the way of accomplishing one of her many odd tasks. The only thing she dislikes about her hair is the fact that it becomes extremely frizzy when in places of high altitude such as the Mountains. It is usually straight and silky in a scenario where there is no interruption by strange air conditions. Also, humidity makes it frizzy and slightly wavy. Miyu's eyes are a deep blue with a dark ring of black around them that distinguishes the blended colors that creates the dark azure quality.
Her clothing style is rather unique... as in - she doesn't have a specific style. She grabs whatever is there without thinking twice. Sometimes, you can catch her wearing something completely outrageous, however, she is picky about coloring. She would never wear something like a pink shirt and yellow pants. Hey, everyone has some shame. She simply doesn't care what she wears style wise. Also, she is not limited to season. She can be caught wearing a skirt in the dead of winter or a heavy jacket in mid summer. There are more things to worry about than clothing, as long as the day is well spent.
In depth Personality:
Miyu Takahashi is not one you would call 'ordinary'. She has decided that it is her daily goal to make sure that someone gives her an odd look... because what would a day be like if you didn't horrify a complete stranger? Miyu enjoys taking risks and ignoring laws, seeing as she believes that life should be lived unrestricted. Miyu is ever the optimist. If anything happens, she automatically says, "Eh... could've been worse..."
Miyu is rather spunky, and doesn't bother about other people's opinions of her. Some would call her an idiot, some would call her odd... but all she wants is to put the fun back in dysfunctional. All of those uptight people can go be uptight elsewhere... because there's no stopping Miyu from trying to get them to let loose. One of her most dominate goals is to get any 'party poopers' to shut up and have some fun. Also, Miyu can be a tad bit clumsy, which could possibly one day lead to her downfall... however, this seems not to faze her in the slighest, for if she falls over, she laughs, and once more repeats that it could have been worse.
One of Miyu's main flaws is that she is rather slow when it comes to... anything - from understanding jokes to initiating jutsu. Whenever someone attempts to tell a joke, she has to sit there for five minutes thinking over all of the possibilities.. then, after the joke is long over, she will crack up, which can sometimes startle those around her. As for slow jutsu initiation, that is her biggest problem in fights. Her knowledge of hand seals is slim, and she often fumbles around with her hands in frustration if she doesn't get it right. She is also a very sore loser and refuses to admit that she was defeated in sparring. Somehow, she finds ways to argue about the outcome of a match.
Brief History:
Miyu's history wasn't so devestating. Sure, she's had a few bad times, however, she never lets them get to her. Since she was little, she was always scolded about being slow - it bugged quite a lot of people. However, she always laughed and said she would do better. This, of course, never quite came into play. She has always been delayed... and eventually, her family gave up on attempting to fix that. Miyu's status in her clan was not very high- she was in the cadet branch and didn't have an extreme social standing. Her immediate family were simply 'clan members' and nothing more.
Miyu didn't have a very great relationship with her parents. They always seemed to get in random fights about the stupidest things. Nonetheless, she loved them and still does. Everyone has to have a person that they tell everything to. Miyu's was her older brother, Mashi. They shared everything and discussed everything with each other - there wasn't a single thing that was kept a secret from the other. The only thing that was never said to each other was 'I love you'. They both found it cheesey and unnecessary. Though that was Miyu's one mistake in her life that she regrets - it was the risk she never took. When Mashi was 17, he died of an unknown illness... and Miyu still had yet to tell him that she loved him.
Ever since then, she has taken every risk possible, never failing to speak her mind and tell someone her true feelings. She isn't afraid to say "I love you" or "I hate your guts" as long as she is telling the truth.
A few years after her brother died, Miyu met a boy. His name was Akemi. They talked for a while... and soon, they fell in love. However, she found out one day that he had only been using her to decieve his parents. Akemi was seeing another girl and showing Miyu off to his parents so they wouldn't know who his true love was. Heartbroken once more, Miyu left her village, having been betrayed and hurt. Her parents had been planning to send her off to another village for training, anyway... she figured she would get it over with herself, instead.
Ever since then, Miyu has been a traveler. She never stays in the same place for too long, and she has yet to trust again. However, she still sees the bright side of things, whether the shine is dulled or not.

The pure white snow blanketed the ground, clean and polished like the new day that had just begun. It was quiet as the sun was lingering on the horizon, giving a gleaming effect on the unique substance that had graced the ground below. This new weather could bring a sign of hope or a bad omen... either way, it was pleasurable. The crisp scent of the morning wafted in the chilling air that surrounded the village, signaling the rebirth... or the downfall.
A young woman plodded through the snow in a slight bit of a huff. Her normally straight hair was becoming wavy with all of the moisture in the air. This new concept of snow, though only hours old, was already beginning to get on her nerves. Yes, she loved the snow, otherwise... however, it was disrupting her own personal values. The brunette let out a slight hmph of irritation as she pulled her foot once more out of the deep snow. Finally, she gave up, using the water walking technique in order to make her way across.
Miyu Takahashi had been staying in a nearby hotel simply for the night, however, due to the extreme conditions, it seemed that she would be staying quite a lot longer. She didn't necessarily mind this, however, she had so many other places that she could visit that were now off limits to her. The brunette shoved her hands into her jacket pockets as she dragged the corners down with her hands. The girl's hood had been up, however, with the force, it was pulled so tight against her head that it nearly fell off.
A deep sigh was heaved from the lips of the young woman, her breath lingering about in a gaseous form that appeared slightly like fog. Since she had traveled so much, this was not new to her, however, in all of her visits to Konohagakure, Miyu had never seen such weather conditions that had recently appeared. Even more strange to her - all of this had supposedly happened in one night. Sure, things had been getting colder recently, but this was just ridiculous. The brunette gritted her teeth slightly as she scraped her feet against the snow, leaving footmarks, despite her jutsu. Unfortunately, she would probably lose her chakra concentration at some point.. she knew that. Miyu had the attention span of a peanut, and she was proud of it.
The cold wind immediately made her jump, the goosebumps forming across her normally pale, smooth skin as it whipped around her in a sporadic fashion. Miyu then whipped her hand out of her jacket pocket, raising a fist at nothing in particular.
[purple]"Well, screw you, too, Wind!"[/purple]
The brunette then realized how foolish she probably looked at that moment and instantaneously shoved her hand back into her pocket as her azure eyes flickered about in a suspicious manner. [purple]'Whoops...'[/purple] she added in her mind as she continued to meander around the area with no particular destination in mind.
Miyu tilted her head toward the sky as she admired the gray sky through her half shut eyes that she shielded with her hand. Though it was extremely early in the morning, the snow gave the light a searing quality that stung her eyes. Some would call it beautiful, some would call it annoying. Miyu continued to stare at the sky, nonetheless, the movement of the clouds calling her attention. They seemed to move so slowly... less than usual, anyway. However, Miyu simply shrugged it off as she turned her gaze back to the path that lay before her.
The young woman continued to amble through the delicate snow that padded the ground... more than padded, it basically created a mattress on the snow, which was probably more comfy than the bed she had slept on last night. Nonetheless, Miyu was reluctant to test her theory for fear that some odd snow creature would jump up and suck her in.
It was at that moment that she caught sight of a pair of familiar legs sticking out of the ground, which seemed to be flailing about in the midst of the snow. Instantly, Miyu let out a shriek, her mind coming to the conclusion that it was the odd snow monster she had just been thinking about. Eventually, she recognized the legs... however, came to another conclusion about them...
[purple]'What do I do?! The snow monster dragged that kid under the---- oohhhh no. There is no such thing as snow monsters. Don't you dare start thinking about that again![/purple]
The brunette took a mere moment to calm herself and erase the idiotic thought about snow monsters before approaching to reassure herself that the pair of legs that were making quite a scene did, in fact, belong to a kid that seemed slightly recognizable to her.The snow crunched beneath her feet as she walked, one of her own feet falling beneath the surface of the snow. Her eyes widened to an extremity as she realized how awkward she must look right now. She shrugged, uncaring, however, she did attempt to free her leg from the icy substance.
After a mere second of struggle, she puled her leg out with the assistance of the leg that still had the chakra concentrated. Miyu paused once more to regain her focus, then set off on the path toward the person that she had declared to be the 'moving blob'. With further inspection, she assured herself that it was, indeed, a familiar blob. It then occurred to her that perhaps the blob may want out. Miyu continued to think for a second about the possible outcomes... then decided to free the Moving Blob, because otherwise, the kid would soon become a Non-moving Blob.
The brunette's eyes widened as the motive for removing the blob from the snow registered in her mind. Without a second though, she flopped onto her knees, despite the fact that she happened to be in a skirt. Miyu then began to dig, glad that she had decided to wear her gloves on that particular day. Her breathing rate increased rapidly as she had to resort to the dog digging style for speed. It didn't quite occur to her how odd that must have looked. A flailing pair of legs stuck in the snow and a girl in a skirt digging like a canine. Nonetheless, she continued on.
[purple]"Oi, Kid! Stop moving around, mmkay? It gets you stuck in the snow more."[/purple] she stated matter of factly, her eyes squinted against the harsh rays of the sun that was slightly higher in the sky.
